An Ancient Village between the Hills of Umbria
The Borghetto of Peccio Martino is an ancient stone hamlet surrounded by woods and vineyards, situated in the heart of Umbria, near Perugia and Lake Trasimene.
It is composed of three local stony houses, completely restored respecting the original materials and which are the setting of an ancient Etruscan well.
There is also a big private pool, where you can enjoy a beautiful views of the Umbrian hills and where there are sunbeds, umbrellas and a shower.

A very special agriturismo in a wonderful location
— If you're looking for a relaxed, comfortable, peaceful, well-appointed and good value agriturismo in an idyllic location in central Italy, with friendly, welcoming proprietors, a very nice good sized pool and facilities, then look no further. Our apartment was beautifully presented and furnished in rustic style, with all the facilities you could need. Very highly recommended.

— Bella casa colonica nella bellissima campagna umbra. Consigliata se cercate un rifugio rilassante e autentico non lontano dal Lago Trasimeno, Perugia ed Assisi. Accoglienza simpatica da parte di Anna. Ottimo per i bambini grazie al giardino ed alla piscina incantevole.
Hele mooie ligging
— Hele mooie ligging met prachtig uitzicht een heel mooi zwembad en een heel fijn appartement. Anna en massimo doen alles om het naar de zin te maken. Locatie is wat verder weg van stadjes maar de mooie ligging maakt het dat waard.
Retreat to another world
— We chose this place as a base to explore Umbria for 9 days, and what a brilliant choice it was. The facilities are so lovely and tasteful, and the pool was a welcome relief after each very hot day. Best of all was the hospitality of Thamar who looked after us as if we were family. She and Valentine were the highlight of our stay. All I can say that this is the way to experience the real Italy away from crazy crowds. Thank you so much Thamar.
Una vacanza da sogno
— Una vacanza da sogno e da ripetere sicuramente. Ospitalità e gentilezza genuine, ubicazione perfetta per raggiungere le più belle località dell'Umbria ma anche per ritornare la sera e godere la pace della natura circostante, prati,boschi. Abitazioni del 1600 stupendamente curate, fin nei dettagli. Torneremo di sicuro!
A wonderful stay
— Thank you so much for a wonderful stay. The apartment is so clean and well equipped. The pool was also really clean and in perfect condition with a fantastic view The surroundings were really beautiful and close to a good supermarket. We hope to come back some time.

The pool is terrific
— The appartment is really spacious, much bigger than we expected, based on the photos on the website. We stayed with 5 people and that was no problem, plenty of room, even though that two of us were sleeping in the living room. Anna is a great host, she even provided us with ventilators, to ease the heat a bit. The pool is terrific and the views are great.
Beautiful setting with lovely views
— We had a wonderful stay here, in a beautiful setting with lovely views. The villa itself was very clean and comfortable. in particular the facilities provided for the baby were good - a proper wooden cot (not a cheap travel one) so we could be confident she was safe.
