The Borghetto of Peccio Martino is an ancient stone hamlet surrounded by woods and vineyards, situated in the heart of Umbria, near Perugia and Lake Trasimene.

It is composed of three local stony houses, completely restored respecting the original materials and which are the setting of an ancient Etruscan well.

There is also a big private pool, where you can enjoy a beautiful views of the Umbrian hills and where there are sunbeds, umbrellas and a shower.

          — The appartment is really spacious, much bigger than we expected, based on the photos on the website. We stayed with 5 people and that was no problem, plenty of room, even though that two of us were sleeping in the living room. Anna is a great host, she even provided us with ventilators, to ease the heat a bit.
